2. PRICES, OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

Our offers and prices only apply to purchases made on the www.geertvanderborght.com/webshop/ website, and not to purchases made at exhibitions or through other channels.

3. ORDER

After making your choice on the website, you can proceed to place the order by clicking on "order", which places your item in the basket. From there, you can continue to buy, remove an item from the cart or checkout. In the shopping cart you immediately see the price of the chosen products, discounts and delivery times and the total price of the order. This includes VAT and all fees. 5. PICK-UP & SHIPPING

If you choose to ship your order, you will only be able to pick it up at the pick-up point chosen. Pick-up at www.geertvanderborght.be's head office is only possible by appointment.

We do everything we can to pack your order as carefully as possible and send it safely. If there has been any damage, we will replace it, in consultation with the customer and as far as possible, with a similar product.

6 AVAILABILITY

Product availability is displayed for all products. We do everything to ensure that this data is correct, however, it may happen that there is an impossibility to deliver, for example due to errors in the stock data or delivery problems with the supplier. We will notify you in this case, as soon as possible and refund the amount of the purchase.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Are you not satisfied with your purchase, then you can cancel it the moment you come to remove it. You will then receive the value of your purchase in return. From the day following the collection in store, you also have 30 calendar days to give up the purchase of any item that you do not like, and this without having to give a reason. The right of withdrawal applies only if you are an individual and not if you are a company, or if you have purchased goods for professional use. You must inform us by means of an unequivocal statement. You can also use the website's contact form or send an email to vanderborght.geert@gmail.com. You must also, and as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after notifying us of your withdrawal, return the goods.

If it appears that an item is sent damaged, soiled or incomplete, the seller may ask the consumer for compensation corresponding to the depreciation of the item at the bottom. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which the seller received the recalled goods.

8. WARRANTY

We pay the utmost attention to the quality of our products. If problems should arise, then you will be able to take advantage of all the assurances in terms of legal compliance and guarantee.

You must report visible defects or non-compliance issues within 7 business days after the goods are removed. You must inform us in writing of a lack of conformity, which was present at the time of delivery, but which could not be noticed by you until later, as quickly as possible, and this at the latest within 2 calendar months after the finding. If the defect is due to improper use of the item, an accident, an external cause (e.g. fire, water damage, etc.) improper maintenance or normal wear and tear or when the damage has worsened, because you continued to use the item after the damage was found, then the warranty lapses.

The warranty means that we replace the item in question with a similar product, at no cost to you. However, if the replacement is not possible, if it is disproportionate or if it causes you serious inconvenience, we will grant you, at your request, an appropriate price reduction.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Force majeure refers to all external causes, planned or not, over which we cannot exert influence, but which result in us being unable to fulfil our obligations. During the period of force majeure, our delivery and other obligations are suspended. If the period lasts more than 8 weeks, both parties are entitled to terminate the contract, without there being any obligation to pay compensation.

In order for us to be able to inform you optimally about our commercial activities, the personal data that you have communicated to us are saved in a customer file.
